Which network does a tokenized asset settle on?

The xStock equity versions and all four metals settle on Solana. Ondo-issued equity tokens settle on Ethereum. The receiving address has to be on that asset's chain.

Do tokenized assets give ownership of the underlying share?

Not necessarily. They are issuer instruments that track a price; rights depend on the issuer's legal structure and are often narrower than the ticker implies. Review the asset details before swapping.
